Ms. Lisa Coffman Lincoln has a degree in psychology from the University of
Maryland and has completed graduate courses at George Washington University. She has a background in real estate sales and property management. During the early 1980s as a general
partner, she negotiated real estate joint ventures in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Lincoln is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and a Certified Professional Values Analyst.In 1987 Ms.
Lincoln, after reading the book, "The Psychology of Call Reluctance ", by Dudley and Goodson, became a certified instructor for "Fear Free Prospecting " workshops and an authorized dealer for
Behavioral Sciences Research Press.
In March 1990, Ms. Lincoln founded and incorporated Focus:Forward, Inc. The company is located in Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Donald C. Lincoln has a
degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Michigan, his native state. He has done postgraduate studies in biology at the University of Houston and in medicine at the
University of Texas. He is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and a Certified Professional Values Analyst.
In 1990 Mr. Lincoln, after retiring from American Airlines as a Captain
and from the United States Air Force as a Bird Colonel, joined Focus Forward as President. His responsibilities include sales and customer support.
